GSA at G2E In keeping with this year's theme, the Year of Delivery, several GSA members are planning to show demonstrations of their products utilizing GSA standards. GSA released the final BOB Standard; BOB Message Protocol v1.00 and S2S Standard; S2S Message Protocol v1.00, to the membership in June. The GDS Standard, Peripheral Devices Functional Requirements Specification v1.00, will be released in July. All these standards are new, and members are excited to be utilizing them. GSA will feature a 20x40 foot booth at the show, in an excellent location, and members will be provided with ‘pods' that will be utilized to show off their products in a setting that will demonstrate the cooperative effort that is required for standards development! The plan calls for a wide open and colorful booth with a large circular sign hanging from the ceiling to gain maximum visibility on the show floor. In addition to this, other signage, highlighting member logos and the extent of the GSA membership are planned. Members are already lining up to participate! If your company has a product that will be utilizing a GSA standard, and your interested in participating in the GSA booth, please contact Christine Freytag at cfreytag@gamingstandards.com. Space is limited and will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis, so contact Christine early! To view GSA sponsored sessions at G2E Training and Development Institute please click HERE.
